The pellet stove is one of the most economical forms of heating. Under real-life conditions, the operating costs are much lower than those of oil, gas and electricity.
This type of appliance often requires an electrical connection and is suitable as an auxiliary heater for heating a single room. There are, however, pellet stoves that can be ducted and can heat two or more rooms. Your heating needs determine which model to choose.
In general, the power of a pellet stove varies from 6 to 14 kW. For a house of 10 m², count 1 kW if the house is old, 800 W for a well insulated house and 600 W for a house RT 2012.
