You can put ice in a cooler bag to help keep your food and drinks cool. However, many users prefer to use ice packs or even frozen water bottles instead. You're less likely to end up with puddles at the bottom of your bag this way.
Most manufacturers recommend cleaning the inside and outside with a solution of warm water and mild dishwashing liquid. For stubborn stains on the inside, a mixture of baking soda and water usually works well. Let your cooler air dry completely before storing to prevent mold growth.
